Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by M Coelho Group (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
M Coelho Group provides property care, landscaping, masonry construction, snow removal, and dumpster rental services to residential and commercial clients in Massachusetts. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and scope changes.
- Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Service Agreements
For larger projects, a written service agreement or contract may be required. These agreements will outline:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Payment schedule and terms
- Warranties and guarantees
- Cancellation and refund policies
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
- Ensure access to the work area as scheduled
- Obtain any necessary permits or approvals (unless agreed otherwise)
- Make timely payments as agreed
- Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- For contracted projects, cancellation terms will be specified in your agreement.
- Deposits may be non-refundable for custom or specialized work.
Dumpster Rental Terms
For dumpster rental services, the following additional terms apply:
- Rental periods are as specified at the time of booking.
- Prohibited items include hazardous materials, chemicals, tires, appliances with refrigerants, and other items as specified.
- Overfilling beyond the fill line may result in additional charges.
- Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for dumpster placement.
- Extension fees may apply for rentals beyond the agreed period.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M Coelho Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Insurance and Licensing
M Coelho Group is fully licensed and insured. We maintain general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage for all employees. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation or arbitration in Massachusetts, in accordance with applicable law.
Modificatios to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
